The question, as printed on the ballot

Shall Section 10.11 of the Charter of the Village of Oakwood be amended to provide the Clerk of Council shall advertise any proposed zoning changes on the official website of the Municipality, in addition to in a newspaper of general circulation?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote requires proposed zoning changes to be advertised on the village website as well as in a newspaper.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
