Shall Article V, Section 5.08 of the Charter of the City of Olmsted Falls be amended to provide that Council may adopt an emergency ordinance or resolution for the efficient operation of the municipality?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote provides that Council may adopt an emergency ordinance or resolution for the efficient operation of the city.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
