A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the City of Olmsted Falls for the purpose of providing for the payment of the salaries and salary-related expenses of permanent fire personnel in the City’s Fire Department that the County Fiscal Officer estimates will collect $391,684 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1.9 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $33 for each $100,000 of the County Fiscal Officer’s market value, for five years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 1.9-mill, five-year property tax for salaries of permanent fire personnel, estimated to collect $391,684 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
