The question, as printed on the ballot
Shall Article VII, Section 7.08 of the Charter of the City of Olmsted Falls be amended by extending the timeframe for holding a recall election from not fewer than forty (40) days and no more than fifty-five (55) days from the date of the certification of sufficiency of a petition demanding the recall and removal of an elected officer, to not fewer than sixty (60) days and no more than ninety (90) days from the date of the certification of sufficiency of said petition?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote changes the window for holding a recall election from 40-55 days to 60-90 days after a recall petition is certified.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
