The question, as printed on the ballot

Shall Article V, Section 9 of the Charter of the Village of Orange be amended to provide that a quorum of the Architectural Board of Review shall be four (4) members, at least one (1) of whom shall be an Architect Member; and that Architect Members may also serve as paid consultants to the Village, at the Mayor's direction?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote sets the Architectural Board of Review quorum at four, including an architect member, and lets architect members also be paid village consultants.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
