Shall Article III, Section 4 of the Charter of the Village of Orange be amended to provide that grounds for removal for members of Council shall be three unexcused absences from regular meetings in any consecutive twelve (12) month period, rather than three unexcused absences from regular meetings in one calendar year?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote makes three unexcused absences in any consecutive 12 months, rather than in one calendar year, grounds for removing a council member.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
