Shall Article III, Section 2 of the Charter of the Village of Orange be amended to revise the qualifications for members of Council to clarify that members of Council may also be members of the Ohio National Guard?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote clarifies that members of Council may also be members of the Ohio National Guard.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
