Shall Article VIII, Sections 3, 4, and 5 of the Charter of the Village of Orange be amended to delete language regarding expired temporary tax levies no longer in collection?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote deletes charter language about expired temporary tax levies no longer being collected.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
