A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote permits Sunday sales of wine, mixed beverages and spirituous liquor by Matador Parma LLC (Santo Matador Street Tacos), 6699 West 130th Street, in this precinct.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not permit those Sunday sales.
