Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday by 12215 Gas LLC dba Heights Bar and Grill an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, and holder of C-1 and C-2 liquor permits who is engaged in the business of a convenience store and gas station at 12215 Huffman Rd., Parma Heights, Ohio 44130 in this precinct?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote permits Sunday sales of wine and mixed beverages by 12215 Gas LLC (Heights Bar and Grill), 12215 Huffman Rd., in this precinct.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not permit those Sunday sales.
