The question, as printed on the ballot
Shall Article III, Section 2 of the Charter of the City of Rocky River be amended to provide for a change in terms of all Members of Council from two (2) to four (4) year terms; that beginning with the 2027 municipal election, Ward council members shall be elected every fourth year for a four (4) year term; and beginning with the 2029 municipal election, At-Large council members shall be elected every fourth year for a four (4) year term?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lengthens Council terms from two to four years: ward members starting with the 2027 election, at-large members with the 2029 election.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
