The question, as printed on the ballot

Shall Article IV, Section 2 (A) of the Charter of the City of Rocky River be amended to change the term of the Director of Law from two (2) to four (4) years by providing that beginning with the 2027 municipal election, the Director of Law shall be elected every fourth year thereafter for a term of four (4) years?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote lengthens the elected Director of Law's term from two to four years, starting with the 2027 election.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
