The question, as printed on the ballot
Shall Article II, Section 1 of the Charter of the City of Rocky River be amended to provide for a change in the term for Mayor from two (2) to four (4) years; and that beginning with the 2027 municipal election, the Mayor shall be elected every fourth year thereafter for a term of four (4) years?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lengthens the Mayor's term from two to four years, starting with the 2027 election.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
