The question, as printed on the ballot

Shall Article V, Section 8 (d) of the Charter of the City of Seven Hills be amended to provide that the determination of the Zoning Board of Appeals on any variance request shall be deemed final and shall not require further approval by any other municipal body, and subject only to judicial appeal as permitted under State Law (Ohio Revised Code Section 713.11)?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote makes Zoning Board of Appeals variance decisions final without approval by another city body, subject only to court appeal.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
