Issue 98: Solon charter amendment: Master Plan review and reports

Shall Article VI, Section 10.A of the Charter of the City of Solon be amended to provide that on or before January of 2029 the Director of Planning and Community Development with the assistance of the Master Plan Citizen’s Committee, shall commence a comprehensive review of the City of Solon Master Plan; and to add subsection (d) to provide the Planning Department and Economic Development Department shall jointly provide biannual reports to City leadership and relevant stakeholders detailing a summary of key accomplishments, including notable project completions and measurable wins, clear identification of risks, constraints or challenges, an outlook of anticipated projects, opportunities and priorities, as well as a detailed summary of required resources necessary to successfully execute identified initiatives?
