The question, as printed on the ballot
Shall Article XIV, Sections 1 and 2 of the Charter of the City of Solon be amended to repeal the requirement that any zoning district change or zoning use change be approved by a majority of the electors in each ward in which a change in zoning classification, zoning district, or zoning use change of any property is located?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote repeals the charter requirement that zoning district or use changes be approved by a majority of voters in the affected ward.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves the charter unchanged.
