A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote permits Sunday sales of wine and mixed beverages by Trader Joe's East Inc. (Trader Joe's #599), 2643 Warrensville Center Road, in this precinct.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not permit those Sunday sales.
