Shall the Zoning Map of the City of Westlake be amended by changing the zoning of certain land located at 27398, 27408, 27438, and 27450 Center Ridge Road, being all of PP#’s 212-30-008, 212-30-009, 212-30-010 and 212-30-011, from Office Building, R-1F-80 and R-MF-24 Districts to R-MF-24 District?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote rezones land at 27398-27450 Center Ridge Road from Office Building, R-1F-80 and R-MF-24 districts to the R-MF-24 district.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves the zoning map unchanged.
