The question, as printed on the ballot

Shall a fixed-sum levy renewing an existing levy be imposed by the Central Local School District for the purpose of paying the current operating expenses of the district in the sum of $615,000 and a levy of taxes to be made outside of the ten-mill limitation estimated by the county auditor to average 2.57 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $90 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for a period of 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews a 5-year levy raising a fixed $615,000 a year for Central Local School District operating expenses, estimated at an average of 2.57 mills.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal levy.

The district lies in Defiance and Williams counties; Defiance County's board certified the issue. On the Delaware Twp, Farmer Twp, Mark Twp, Milford Twp (split 2), Ney Village, Sherwood Village and Washington Twp ballots. Ballot heading: "Proposed Tax Levy (Renewal) Central Local School District Defiance and Williams Counties".
