The question, as printed on the ballot
A renewal of 1.5 mills and an increase of 0.5 mill for each $1 of taxable value to constitute a tax for the benefit of Delaware-Morrow Mental Health & Recovery Services Board for the purpose of current expenses that the county auditor estimates will collect $23,005,505 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $50 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 1.5-mill levy and adds 0.5 mill, for a 2-mill, 5-year property tax for the Delaware-Morrow Mental Health & Recovery Services Board.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal and increase.
