A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Perkins Township for the purpose of police protection, that the county auditor estimates will collect $1,234,168 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2.75 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $67 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 2.75-mill, 5-year property tax for police protection in Perkins Township.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
