An additional tax for the benefit of Pickerington Public Library for the purpose of current expenses that the county auditor estimates will collect $4,104,440 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1.50 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $53 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves a new continuing 1.5-mill property tax (about $4.1 million a year) for the Pickerington Public Library's current expenses.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the additional levy.
The library district is in Fairfield and Franklin counties; the Fairfield County board certified the issue.
