Shall Article V, Administrative Departments, be amended to remove department listings, preserving the Charter duties of the Director of Finance, and making related organizational changes?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote removes the list of city departments from Gahanna's charter, keeping the Director of Finance's charter duties.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Article V of the charter unchanged.
