Shall Sections 10.01, City Attorney, and 10.03, General Powers and Duties, of Article X, Department of Law, be amended to clarify the process for filling vacancies in the office of the City Attorney, update the powers and duties of the office, and make related grammatical revisions?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote clarifies how a City Attorney vacancy is filled and updates the office's powers and duties in Gahanna's charter.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Sections 10.01 and 10.03 of the charter unchanged.
