Shall Section 11.02, Planning Commission - Organization, of Article XI, Planning Commission, be amended to authorize the Planning Commission to establish attendance requirements for its members though its rules of operation?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote lets Gahanna's Planning Commission set attendance requirements for its members in its rules.

A “No” vote means

A no vote leaves Section 11.02 of the charter unchanged.
