The question, as printed on the ballot
Levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, which shall be an additional tax for the benefit of the Hamilton Township Road District for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of streets, roads, and bridges at a rate not exceeding 0.8 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $28 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for a continuing period of time.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote adds a continuing 0.8-mill property tax for road and bridge construction and repair in the Hamilton Township Road District (unincorporated areas).
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the additional road levy.
