The question, as printed on the ballot
Levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, which shall be a renewal of part of an existing levy, being a reduction of 0.5 mills for each $1 of taxable value, to constitute a tax for the benefit of Truro Township for the purpose of current expenses of the subdivision at a rate not exceeding 1 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $17 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews part of an existing Truro Township levy at 1 mill (a 0.5-mill reduction) for current expenses for 5 years.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal.
