The question, as printed on the ballot

Levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, which shall be a renewal of a tax of 0.89 mills and an increase of 0.24 mills for each $1 of taxable value to constitute a tax for the benefit of the City of Upper Arlington for the purpose of paying the City’s employer contributions to the Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund at a rate not exceeding 1.13 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $26 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews a 0.89-mill levy and adds 0.24 mill (1.13 mills total) for 5 years to pay Upper Arlington's contributions to the Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal and increase.
