Effective Date of Ordinances Recommended by Commission Shall the Charter of the City of Worthington be amended to delete Section 1.04 REFERENDUM AND EFFECTIVE DATE ON ZONING ORDINANCES OR OTHER ZONING MEASURES in its entirety and to amend Sections 2.17 PROCEDURE IN THE PASSAGE OF ORDINANCES and 2.19 EFFECTIVE DATE OF ORDINANCES as set forth in Exhibit A of Ordinance No. 20-2026 of the City of Worthington?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote deletes charter Section 1.04 (referendum and effective date on zoning measures) and amends Sections 2.17 and 2.19 as set out in Ordinance No. 20-2026.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves those charter sections unchanged.
