Referendum Petition Signature Requirement Recommended by Commission Shall the Charter of the City of Worthington be amended to add Section 1.05 to read as follows: SECTION 1.05 REFERENDUM PETITION SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT Notwithstanding Section 731.29 of the Ohio Revised Code, the signature requirement for a referendum petition shall be ten per cent of the number of electors who voted for governor at the most recent general election for the office of governor in the municipal corporation?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote sets Worthington's referendum petition requirement at 10% of the number of city electors who voted for governor at the most recent governor's election.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not add this Section 1.05 to the charter.
