Shall Ordinance No. 19-2026, modifying the authorized use of the previously approved 0.5% municipal income tax revenue currently dedicated to the water fund, so that such revenue may be used for the general fund and/or police fund for employee wages, employee benefits, operating expenditures, and capital expenditures, be passed?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote passes Ordinance No. 19-2026, letting revenue from Delta's existing 0.5% income tax, now dedicated to the water fund, be used for the general and/or police fund.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the ordinance; the 0.5% income tax revenue stays dedicated to the water fund.
