The question, as printed on the ballot

Shall an annual income tax of 0.25% on the school district income of individuals residing in the school district be imposed by the Evergreen Local School District to renew an income tax expiring at the end of 2027 for 5 years, beginning January 1, 2028, for the purpose of providing for current expenses?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews the Evergreen Local School District's 0.25% income tax on residents' school district income for 5 years, beginning January 1, 2028, for current expenses.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal; the current income tax expires at the end of 2027.

Ballot heading: "Proposed Income Tax (Renewal) Evergreen Local School District (Fulton and Lucas Counties)". On the Amboy/Metamora, Chesterfield, Fulton 1, Pike 2 and Royalton/Lyons ballots. Fulton County's board certified the issue; it also appears on Lucas County ballots in the district. Choices: For the Tax / Against the Tax.
