The question, as printed on the ballot

A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Four County Board of Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services District (Defiance, Fulton, Henry, and Williams Counties) for the purpose of current expenses, that the county auditor estimates will collect $2,293,020 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.7 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $13 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews a 0.7-mill, 5-year property tax for current expenses of the Four County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services District, estimated to collect $2,293,020 a year.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal levy.

On every Fulton County ballot (Issue 2). The district covers Defiance, Fulton, Henry and Williams counties; Fulton County's board certified the issue, and it is also on every Henry County ballot and on Williams County ballots (Issue 8 there).
