The question, as printed on the ballot

A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Pettisville Local School District for the purpose of general permanent improvements, that the county auditor estimates will collect $188,972 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2.5 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $63 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews a 2.5-mill, 5-year property tax for Pettisville Local School District general permanent improvements, estimated to collect $188,972 a year.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal levy.

Ballot heading: "Proposed Tax Levy (Renewal) Pettisville Local School District (Fulton and Henry Counties)". On the Pettisville 1 and 2 and Dover 2 ballots; Henry County lists it for its precincts 11.4 and 22.2. Fulton County's board certified the issue.
