The question, as printed on the ballot

Shall an annual income tax of 1.75% on the earned income of individuals residing in the school district be imposed by the Wauseon Exempted Village School District to renew an income tax expiring at the end of 2027, for a continuing period of time, beginning January 1, 2028, for the purpose of current expenses?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews the Wauseon Exempted Village School District's 1.75% earned-income tax for a continuing period of time, beginning January 1, 2028, for current expenses.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal; the current income tax expires at the end of 2027.

Ballot heading: "Proposed Tax Levy (Renewal) Wauseon Exempted Village School District". On the Wauseon One through Five, Clinton East, Dover 1 and York 2 ballots. Choices: For the Tax / Against the Tax.
