A renewal of a tax for the benefit of York Township (excluding the Village of Delta) for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of roads that the county auditor estimates will collect $70,555 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $25 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews a 1-mill, 5-year property tax for road construction and repair in York Township outside the Village of Delta, estimated to collect $70,555 a year.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
