Shall the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages, and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday by VFW Post 2402 Xenia, dba VFW Post 2402 Cooper Jordan Memorial an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit authorizing on-premise sales of beer, wine and mixed beverages, and spirituous liquor who is engaged in the business of a private club of a reputable organization at 850 West Second Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385 in this precinct?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote permits Sunday sales of beer, wine, mixed beverages and spirituous liquor at VFW Post 2402, 850 West Second Street, in Xenia Precinct 303.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not permit those Sunday sales at this location.
