The question, as printed on the ballot
An additional tax for the benefit of the Village of Spring Valley for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of streets, roads, and bridges that the county auditor estimates will collect $21,203 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $70 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves an additional 2-mill, 5-year property tax for Spring Valley streets, roads and bridges.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the additional levy.
