The question, as printed on the ballot
A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Spring Valley Township and Village for the purpose of current expenses that the county auditor estimates will collect $9,245 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.3 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $2 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 0.3-mill, 5-year property tax for current expenses of Spring Valley Township and Village.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
