An additional tax for the benefit of Guernsey County for the purpose of providing funds for children services that the county auditor estimates will collect $1,753,704 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1.25 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $44 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 10 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves an additional 1.25-mill, 10-year county property tax for children services, estimated to collect $1,753,704 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the additional levy.
