A renewal of part of an existing levy, being a reduction of 0.5 mill for each $1 of taxable value, to constitute a tax for the benefit of Londonderry Township for the purpose of fire protection that the county auditor estimates will collect $23,389 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.5 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $8 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews part of an existing levy, reduced by 0.5 mill, as a 0.5-mill, 5-year Londonderry Township property tax for fire protection, estimated to collect $23,389 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal and decrease.
