The question, as printed on the ballot
A renewal of 4.51 mills and an increase of 1.1 mill for each $1 of taxable value to constitute a tax for the benefit of Hamilton County for the purpose of support for children's services and care and placement of children that the county auditor estimates will collect $116,888,718 annually, at a rate not exceeding 5.61 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $121 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 4 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 4.51-mill children's services levy and adds 1.1 mills, for a 5.61-mill, 4-year tax ($121 per $100,000 of market value).
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal and increase.
