A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the City of Deer Park for the purpose of current expenses, that the county auditor estimates will collect $760,420 annually, at a rate not exceeding 6.9 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $130 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews a 6.9-mill, 5-year property tax for the City of Deer Park's current expenses.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
