Shall the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages, and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday by First Watch Restaurants, Inc. a holder of a D-1, D-2, and D-3 liquor permit, and an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a restaurant at 8118 Montgomery Road, Madeira, Ohio 45236 in this precinct?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote permits Sunday sales of beer, wine, mixed beverages and spirituous liquor by the restaurant at 8118 Montgomery Road.

A “No” vote means

A no vote does not permit those Sunday sales.
