The question, as printed on the ballot
A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Township of Miami for the purpose of current expenses, that the county auditor estimates will collect $181,286 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.46 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $10 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 0.46-mill, 5-year property tax for Miami Township's current expenses.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
