A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Park District of Liberty Township for the purpose of defraying the expense and improving and maintaining the free public park, that the county auditor estimates will collect $107,817 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $26 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 1-mill, 5-year property tax for the Park District of Liberty Township's free public park, estimated to collect $107,817 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
