A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Harrison County for the purpose of providing revenue to the Ohio Cooperative Extension Service Fund for 4-H, agriculture and natural resources, home economics and economic development, that the county auditor estimates will collect $827,871 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.75 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $26 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews a 0.75-mill, 5-year county property tax (about $827,871 a year) for the Ohio Cooperative Extension Service (4-H, agriculture and related programs).

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
