An additional tax for the benefit of Green Township for the purpose of maintaining and repairing of roads and bridges that the county auditor estimates will collect $145,400 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1.5 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $53 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves a new 1.5-mill property tax with no end date (about $145,400 a year) for Green Township roads and bridges.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the additional levy.
