The question, as printed on the ballot
An additional levy for the benefit of Brushcreek Township for the purpose of providing Emergency Medical Services that the county auditor estimates will collect $98,076 annually, at the rate not to exceed two (2.0) mills for each $1.00 taxable value, which amounts to $70 for each $100,000 of the county auditor appraised value, for five (5) years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves a new 2-mill, 5-year property tax for emergency medical services in Brushcreek Township, estimated to collect $98,076 a year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the additional levy.
