A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Monroe Township for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of streets, roads, and bridges that the county auditor estimates will collect $48,462 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1.5 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $22 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews a 1.5-mill, 5-year property tax for street, road and bridge construction and repair in Monroe Township.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal levy.
